Craft Food Hall (CFH) is an innovative dining establishment that transcends traditional food service by offering not just meals but an entire cultural experience. Located at the heart of the community, CFH prides itself on its unique Attraction Formula, which emphasizes passion, integrity, and a vibrant culture that draws both employees and customers alike. The company has cultivated an atmosphere where love, energy, and food are the core pillars, fostering a welcoming environment for guests and team members. This dedication to quality, culture, and community positions CFH as more than a typical dining option but as a destination for those who appreciate culinary excellence coupled with an exceptional ambiance.
CFH is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Kitchen Manager to join their growing team. This full-time role is ideal for a passionate leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is committed to upholding the high standards of the Craft Food Hall brand. The Executive Kitchen Manager will oversee all daily kitchen operations, ensuring that every dish served meets the company’s quality and safety standards. They will lead and motivate a diverse kitchen team, fostering a positive work environment grounded in respect and teamwork. Beyond operational management, the role requires hands-on involvement during peak business hours, demonstrating leadership by example and providing direct support to all kitchen staff.
The Executive Kitchen Manager will be responsible for managing inventory and ordering supplies based on menu requirements and customer demand, ensuring the kitchen remains efficiently stocked without waste. They will conduct sanitary inspections, enforce rigorous food safety protocols, and streamline kitchen processes to maintain prompt service times. The role also involves training team members on menu builds and standard operating procedures, conducting quality control checks, and maintaining appropriate temperature controls in both hot and cold storage areas.
Communication and collaboration are key aspects of this position, as the Manager will work closely with the General Manager to align on scheduling, business activity forecasts, and operational needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to motivate and develop team members, and proficiency with digital tools such as online purchasing platforms and basic business software. They must also possess strong problem-solving abilities and be capable of reading and interpreting financial reports to support the kitchen’s profitability and operational success.
This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work standing for extended periods, with frequent visits to walk-in refrigeration and freezer units. The ideal Executive Kitchen Manager at CFH will be an honest, transparent, and trustworthy individual who listens and shares ideas openly and confidently interacts with people. Candidates with a minimum of three years of kitchen experience and at least two years in a management role will find a rewarding opportunity at CFH to grow professionally within a nurturing and dynamic environment. With a flexible schedule and a culture that values its people, CFH offers an environment where passion for food meets a commitment to exceptional service and team empowerment.
