Job Qualifications

  • Skilled in motivating, developing, and directing staff
  • Experience ordering via online purchasing platforms

Job Duties

  • Manage sanitary inspections
  • Verify and correct product storage and preparation based on company standards
  • Streamline kitchen processes to maintain prompt service times
  • Perform random quality control checks on food leaving the kitchen
  • Check and maintain hot and cold storage temperature control points
  • Supervise kitchen team adherence to food and safety standards
  • Maintain a positive work environment for team members
  • Train team members on menu builds and standards
  • Provide corrective action and training when necessary
  • Set cleaning standards and verify sanitation levels
  • Conduct daily alignment meetings with cooks
  • Partner with General Manager to ensure open communication
  • Communicate scheduling needs with General Manager based on business activity
