Job Duties

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the kitchen ensuring compliance with recipes preparation methods and presentation standards
  • Lead and supervise the kitchen staff including hiring training mentoring and performance management

  • Manage inventory order supplies and control costs while minimizing waste

  • Address and resolve any issues or complaints regarding food quality or preparation
