Job Description

The hiring organization is a food service provider committed to delivering high-quality meals in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining strict adherence to health and safety standards. It prides itself on maintaining a clean and organized kitchen that complies fully with health department regulations, promoting both safety and sanitation at every stage of food handling. The company values teamwork, attention to detail, and operational excellence, and operates with a clear focus on customer satisfaction and compliance with relevant program standards such as Head Start or Early Head Start requirements.

This role is that of a Kitchen Supervisor responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting food quickly and efficiently. The Kitchen Supervisor ensures the smooth operation of the kitchen at all times, taking charge of daily duties performed by cooks under their supervision. The ideal candidate will be adept at scheduling meal preparation, estimating food quantities, and managing leftovers responsibly in line with company policies.

Additionally, the Kitchen Supervisor will implement and monitor food production and storage procedures that comply with local health department regulations.
