Job Requirements
- Preferably have two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- Have knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling and sanitation
- Understand responsible alcohol service and safety and security procedures
- Be passionate about training and developing team members
- Be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Be available to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
- Have strong communication and organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- Two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred
- General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation practices
- Understanding of responsible alcohol service
- Familiarity with safety and security systems and procedures
- Ability to train and develop team members effectively
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in computer operations relevant to restaurant management
Job Duties
- Manage the Heart-of-House operations including food preparation and kitchen staff supervision
- Oversee kitchen performance and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Provide direction and leadership to HOH team members
- Implement training programs to develop team skills and promote continuous learning
- Monitor labor costs and scheduling to maximize efficiency
- Maintain sanitation standards and ensure safe food handling practices
- Coordinate with Front-of-House management to deliver seamless guest experiences
