Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- Minimum one year experience in casual restaurant industry
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements
- Formal culinary training preferred
- Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew
- Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Able to withstand physical demands of restaurant environment
