Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of kitchen management experience
- Experience leading teams of 15-20 employees
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications
- College degree in business or related field or at least 3 years of kitchen management experience
- Experience training, developing, and leading teams of 15-20 employees
- Knowledge of ordering, receiving, and inventory control preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High level of accountability
- Basic math skills and ability to operate a POS system
Job Duties
- Manage daily culinary operations to ensure quality and guest satisfaction
- Lead and direct the back of house team following brand standards and guidelines
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety in compliance with health regulations
- Oversee food purchasing, inventory control, and supply management
- Develop and maintain recipes and production standards
- Hire, train, and coach kitchen staff for optimal performance
- Conduct weekly staff meetings and performance reviews to foster team development
