Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of kitchen management experience
  • Experience leading teams of 15-20 employees
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • College degree in business or related field or at least 3 years of kitchen management experience
  • Experience training, developing, and leading teams of 15-20 employees
  • Knowledge of ordering, receiving, and inventory control preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • High level of accountability
  • Basic math skills and ability to operate a POS system

Job Duties

  • Manage daily culinary operations to ensure quality and guest satisfaction
  • Lead and direct the back of house team following brand standards and guidelines
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety in compliance with health regulations
  • Oversee food purchasing, inventory control, and supply management
  • Develop and maintain recipes and production standards
  • Hire, train, and coach kitchen staff for optimal performance
  • Conduct weekly staff meetings and performance reviews to foster team development
