Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in kitchen leadership roles
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills

Job Duties
- Lead and manage daily Back of House operations
- Ensure consistency, quality, and execution of all menu items
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, ordering, and labor management
- Train, coach, and develop kitchen team members
- Foster a positive, accountable, team-driven culture
- Work alongside ownership and leadership to support continued growth and operational success
