Job Requirements

- ability to problem solve and adapt
- current servsafe food manager certification for Missouri
- previous cooking and management experience in similar kitchens
- ability to work 40-50 hours per week with a schedule approximately 1:30pm to close for 5 days per week

- ability to execute workstations and run the line during busy service
- experience with inventory ordering, food costing, and waste management
- strong communication and team leadership skills
Job Duties
- assist with daily operations including prep and production
- ordering inventory and managing food costing and waste
- cooking and expediting during service
- managing and training kitchen staff
- creating and elevating recipes
- maintaining labor tracking and scheduling
- ensuring food safety, organization, cleanliness, and quality
