Job Requirements

  • great attitude and work ethic
  • ability to problem solve and adapt
  • current servsafe food manager certification for Missouri
  • previous cooking and management experience in similar kitchens
  • ability to work 40-50 hours per week with a schedule approximately 1:30pm to close for 5 days per week

Job Qualifications

  • previous cooking and management experience in high volume, high quality kitchens
  • servsafe food manager certification valid for Missouri
  • ability to execute workstations and run the line during busy service
  • experience with inventory ordering, food costing, and waste management
  • strong communication and team leadership skills

Job Duties

  • assist with daily operations including prep and production
  • ordering inventory and managing food costing and waste
  • cooking and expediting during service
  • managing and training kitchen staff
  • creating and elevating recipes
  • maintaining labor tracking and scheduling
  • ensuring food safety, organization, cleanliness, and quality
