Job Duties
- Execute business strategy with leadership team
- Ensure operational excellence including speed of service, order accuracy, cleanliness
- Deliver second mile service by creating WOW experiences
- Manage daily shift operations including breaks and guest service
- Build and develop team through coaching and feedback
- Oversee back of house operations in partnership with Human Resource Director
- Monitor and utilize restaurant tools and systems for inventory and ordering
