Emphasizing the "Create Raving Fan Strategy," you will work collaboratively with leadership to implement the business strategy, focusing on operational excellence including speed of service, order accuracy, cleanliness, and delivering memorable customer experiences. You will hold team members accountable through effective communication, ensure compliance with Chick-fil-A’s policies, and drive the achievement of business results.

Job Duties

  • Execute business strategy with leadership team

  • Manage daily shift operations including breaks and guest service
  • Build and develop team through coaching and feedback
  • Oversee back of house operations in partnership with Human Resource Director
  • Monitor and utilize restaurant tools and systems for inventory and ordering
