Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Execute business strategy with leadership team
  • Ensure operational excellence including speed of service, order accuracy, cleanliness
  • Deliver second mile service by creating WOW experiences
  • Manage daily shift operations including breaks and guest service
  • Build and develop team through coaching and feedback
  • Oversee back of house operations in partnership with Human Resource Director
  • Monitor and utilize restaurant tools and systems for inventory and ordering
