Job Requirements

  • At least high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years managerial experience in a full-service restaurant with bar
  • Ability to stand, sit, squat or walk for extended periods
  • Capability to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated and dependable work ethic

  • At least 2 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant including bar operations
  • Proven track record of career growth and success in previous roles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations including dining and bar areas
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate staff to achieve performance goals
  • Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Handle scheduling and payroll management
  • Resolve guest and team member issues promptly
  • Monitor inventory and manage costs effectively
