Job Requirements

Strong, stable work history with management experience
Experience in kitchen management for at least 1 year
Relevant experience in a high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
Able to lift up to 60 pounds
Available for day, evening, morning shifts and weekends
Willingness to work 50 to 55 hours weekly

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
At least 1 year of kitchen management experience
3 years of relevant restaurant experience preferred
Knowledge of production cooking techniques
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience with administrative tasks and cash handling
Ability to schedule and manage labor effectively

Job Duties

Manage and train staff
Supervise food preparation to ensure quality and presentation
Monitor and control food inventory and costs
Order supplies and equipment as needed
Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation
Handle kitchen-related problems efficiently
Ensure compliance with safety regulations
