Job Requirements

  • Strong, stable work history with management experience
  • Experience in kitchen management for at least 1 year
  • Relevant experience in a high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • Able to lift up to 60 pounds
  • Available for day, evening, morning shifts and weekends
  • Willingness to work 50 to 55 hours weekly

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • At least 1 year of kitchen management experience
  • 3 years of relevant restaurant experience preferred
  • Knowledge of production cooking techniques
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience with administrative tasks and cash handling
  • Ability to schedule and manage labor effectively

Job Duties

  • Manage and train staff
  • Supervise food preparation to ensure quality and presentation
  • Monitor and control food inventory and costs
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed
