Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a kitchen management role

Job Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities, ensuring smooth operations during shifts
  • Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock control
  • Monitor food preparation and presentation for consistency and quality
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and minimize waste
  • Develop and implement menu updates in collaboration with the executive chef
