Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a kitchen management role
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations

Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities, ensuring smooth operations during shifts
- Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock control
- Monitor food preparation and presentation for consistency and quality
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service
- Manage budgets, control costs, and minimize waste
- Develop and implement menu updates in collaboration with the executive chef
