Job Requirements

  • preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation practices
  • understanding of responsible alcohol service
  • familiarity with safety and security systems and procedures
  • computer operation skills
  • passion for training and developing team members

  • train and develop kitchen team members
  • maintain safety and security systems and procedures
  • handle computer operations related to kitchen management
