Job Requirements
- Must have 2+ years kitchen management experience in full service or fast casual moderate to high volume restaurant
- ability to stand sit or walk for extended periods of time
- solid track record of success demonstrating upward career tracking
- effective leadership and communication skills
- familiarity with health and safety standards
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- ability to manage staff and kitchen operations efficiently
Job Qualifications
