Job Qualifications

3+ years of kitchen experience preferred
OLCC servers permit preferred

Job Duties

Managing kitchen staff and training for new hires or new menu items
responsible for daily operations of the kitchen and quality control
maintain kitchen inventory and stock including ordering and sourcing ingredients
ensure ample stock and prepared menu items for shifts throughout the week
oversee kitchen cleanliness ensuring a safe environment for both customers and staff
work shifts as cook as well as coordinate shift coverage for cooks who call in
running food orders to patrons and incorporate valuable feedback into kitchen processes and offerings
