Kitchen Manager

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking an experienced Back-of-House (Kitchen) Manager to join their team in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment. The Kitchen Crew is responsible for creating a variety of delicious dishes from the full restaurant and catering menus. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing a large Kitchen Crew, understanding back-of-house operations, and controlling food and labor costs while maintaining food safety standards and hygiene practices in compliance with all regulations. This role focuses on creating exceptional guest dining experiences with a passion for culinary excellence at the forefront.
