Kitchen Manager

Directly responsible for all kitchen functions including food purchasing, preparation, and maintenance of quality standards; sanitation and cleanliness. The role involves training employees in cooking methods, preparation, plate presentation, portion and cost control, and maintaining sanitation standards.
