Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Availability based on the restaurant's needs including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to perform essential duties including standing and moving throughout the shift
- Capable of lifting and carrying 5-25 pounds regularly and 40-50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to reach overhead and bend or squat to access supplies
- Able to push, pull, and move supplies or equipment
- Safely handle knives, thermometers, kitchen equipment, cleaning tools, and POS systems
- Move through stairs, doorways, ramps, elevators, and compact work areas
- Maintain focus, coordination, and productivity during busy service periods
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in a busy kitchen and preparing food from scratch
- Basic knife skills and familiarity with common kitchen equipment
- Enjoys training, supporting, and working alongside other team members
- Can keep the kitchen organized and running smoothly during busy shifts

Job Duties
- Lead the team in preparing our produce, sauces, marinades, and proteins from scratch
- Plan daily prep so the restaurant always has enough fresh food without making too much
- Train and support Sous Chefs while keeping the kitchen organized and running smoothly
- Keep track of inventory, deliveries, labeling, storage, and FIFO rotation
- Maintain a clean, safe kitchen and communicate with the front-line team to keep service flowing
