Chipotle's commitment extends beyond just serving great food; it actively supports efforts to shift the future of farming and food, promotes diversity and equity in its hiring practices, and fosters a people-first culture that celebrates inclusion.

The Kitchen Leader position at Chipotle is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about food quality and team leadership within a dynamic fast-casual restaurant setting. You will be actively involved in monitoring inventory and food waste, resolving quality issues promptly, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The position is hands-on and fast-paced, requiring a proactive approach as you support your team and pitch in wherever necessary to meet the kitchen's goals. Chipotle offers this role as a full-time employment opportunity with competitive compensation, ample benefits, and significant potential for career growth, reflecting the company’s commitment to invest in its team members' development.
