The Kitchen Leader role at Chipotle is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about food quality, team leadership, and continuous learning. This position is integral in ensuring that every meal prepared meets Chipotle's high standards for taste, safety, and presentation. Employees in this role receive competitive compensation, ranging from $16.35 to $18.19 per hour, with additional eligibility for digital tips. Chipotle offers robust benefits such as tuition assistance, free meals, medical, dental, vision coverage, paid time off, holiday closures, and clear opportunities for advancement. With 80% of Chipotle managers starting as crew members, there is significant potential for career growth within the company.
