Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in commercial installation and/or service and repair of foodservice equipment
- technical or trade school completion preferred
- minimum one-year hands-on experience in commercial refrigeration
- intermediate computer skills
- EPA certifications level 1 and 2 minimum, universal preferred
- flexible to work shifts and adapt to changing schedules
- valid driver's license
- ability to pass background check

- ability to pass post-offer background check
Job Duties
- Complete on-site repair and maintenance of standard kitchen equipment and simple ice machines
- run intermediate troubleshooting and test tasks
- survey safety devices and equipment regularly
- manage and retain proper equipment, parts inventory, and tools on service vehicle
- independently work on customers' foodservice equipment
- perform intermediate-level equipment and accessory installations
- inspect foodservice equipment for safety
- identify repairs and provide preventative maintenance
- maintain periodic inventory of parts and components
- provide timely and detailed service reports
- communicate with Senior Service Techs as needed
- use field automation systems
- provide professional customer service during calls and installations
- operate vehicles safely
- use appropriate personal protective equipment
- read and interpret equipment manuals
- inform management regarding work order status
- perform other related duties as assigned
