Job Duties
- Operate dishwashing machines to clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans thoroughly
- Manually wash larger items including pots and essential kitchen tools
- Keep work area organized and maintain high cleanliness standards in dish storage
- Assist kitchen staff with food preparation tasks to support smooth workflow
- Regularly dispose of kitchen waste to maintain cleanliness
- Monitor and manage cleaning supplies inventory and place orders as needed
