Job Description

Chick-fil-A Crossroads Center is a premier fast-food restaurant known for its commitment to exceptional customer service, quality food, and community involvement. As part of the larger Chick-fil-A family, this location upholds the brand's reputation for being a leader in the quick-service restaurant industry. Chick-fil-A's culture is centered around servant leadership, where team members and leaders alike prioritize serving others first. The restaurant operates in a vibrant and dynamic environment, emphasizing quality, innovation, and teamwork. Chick-fil-A Crossroads Center is locally owned and operated by an independent franchised Operator who is deeply invested in the growth and development of the team members and making a positive impact in the community. This establishment is not only about providing great food but also about offering a positive workplace where leadership skills are nurtured and team members are valued as individuals and contributors to the restaurant's success.

The role of a Director at Chick-fil-A Crossroads Center is a highly responsible and multifaceted leadership position. This full-time role requires the individual to embody and promote Chick-fil-A's mission and vision, ensuring alignment with the Operator's strategic goals. Directors play a crucial role in managing business operations, guiding team members, and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. They work closely with the Executive Director, General Manager, and other leadership team members to develop and implement systems that enhance both business performance and employee development.

Directors serve as influential leaders who lead by example, maintaining high personal standards and inspiring their teams through clear communication, active feedback, and coaching. They are accountable for maintaining key business metrics, especially in operational areas such as food safety, food quality, kitchen throughput, and customer experience. Additionally, Directors are instrumental in training and mentoring team members to advance into leadership roles, using a servant leadership approach that values growth and empowerment over discipline.

The position demands a combination of operational expertise and administrative skills. Directors typically spend approximately 80 percent of their time on operational duties and 20 percent on administrative tasks including meetings and strategic planning. They must have the stamina to work 45 to 50 hours per week, with flexibility in working days and hours, including Monday through Saturday shifts between early morning and late evening.

An ideal candidate for the Director role at Chick-fil-A Crossroads Center will have a bachelor's degree or at least five years of relevant management experience. Bilingual skills, particularly English and Spanish, are strongly recommended to effectively communicate and build relationships with a diverse team. The Director must possess proven experience in creating, implementing, and evaluating operational systems that produce measurable results.

Overall, the Director at Chick-fil-A Crossroads Center is a key leader who embodies Chick-fil-A’s values, drives business success, and nurtures a positive and productive working environment. This role offers a unique opportunity for those passionate about leadership, operations, and making a meaningful impact in a well-respected brand known for its quality and community focus.
