The role available is for a Kitchen Cook at SCP’s Provisions Market located in Downtown Redmond. This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18 to $22, depending on experience and skill level, with additional growth opportunities within the culinary and hospitality fields. The role is part-time or full-time, with the primary shift running from 1:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. alongside a $500 sign-on bonus awarded after 60 days of employment in good standing. Kitchen Cooks at SCP will play a vital role in preparing cold and hot food items that uphold the highest safety and quality standards while embodying the SCP culture. The team member will be responsible for not only food preparation but also for maintaining sanitation, safety, and security in the kitchen. Candidates will actively participate in menu adaptation and guest education on SCP’s plant-forward culinary philosophy, supporting seasonal and sustainable food choices. They will ensure all kitchen stations are well-stocked and organized, select only the freshest ingredients, and maintain compliance with health regulations. Attention to detail in plating, cleaning, and equipment maintenance is essential.

In addition to technical cooking skills, individuals in this role are expected to communicate effectively with management and team members, embody SCP’s core values in daily work, and contribute positively to the overall culture. Job Duties

  • Prepare all cold and hot food with care and ensure all food meets food safety and quality standards

  • learn and adapt the menu and help to answer guests questions about our plant forward plan
