Job Duties
- prepare a variety of fresh ingredients for daily menu items
- cook authentic Mexican tacos and sides in accordance with Rusty Taco standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines during food preparation
- assist in menu planning and the development of new dishes
- collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and kitchen procedures
