We are currently seeking a motivated kitchen assistant/line cook to join our evening service team. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals who have a passion for food and an interest in Japanese culture and cuisine. While previous kitchen experience is beneficial, it is not essential as we are willing to train the right candidate. As a kitchen assistant/line cook at our restaurant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring efficient workflow during service hours. This position is part-time, requiring availability from Tuesday through Saturday evenings from 5 PM until closing, which can be between midnight and 1 AM.
