We are currently seeking a motivated kitchen assistant/line cook to join our evening service team. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals who have a passion for food and an interest in Japanese culture and cuisine. While previous kitchen experience is beneficial, it is not essential as we are willing to train the right candidate. As a kitchen assistant/line cook at our restaurant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring efficient workflow during service hours. You will work side-by-side with our skilled chefs, learning the nuances of traditional Japanese cooking techniques and the art of presenting dishes that consistently delight our customers.

This position is part-time, requiring availability from Tuesday through Saturday evenings from 5 PM until closing, which can be between midnight and 1 AM. There is potential for the role to transition into full-time as you develop your skills and grow with the restaurant.
