Job Requirements

  • minimum age of 18 years
  • eligibility to work in the united states
  • willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • capacity to handle a fast-paced work environment
  • basic culinary skills or relevant cooking experience

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous cooking experience in a high-volume restaurant environment preferred
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to work effectively in a team setting
  • strong time management and multitasking skills
  • basic understanding of various cooking techniques
  • good communication skills

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking stations
  • follow safety and sanitation guidelines consistently
  • collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation
  • assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
  • monitor food quality and portion control
  • support training and development of junior kitchen staff
