Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • 1+ year of restaurant cooking experience preferred but not required
  • Team-oriented with a passion to succeed
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Compliant with health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in restaurant cooking environments preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene principles
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Willingness to learn and take direction

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook meals according to restaurant standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance
  • Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff
  • Follow recipes and food preparation procedures accurately
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
