Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of restaurant cooking experience preferred but not required
- Team-oriented with a passion to succeed
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 1 year of cooking experience in a restaurant setting preferred
- Knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to quality and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Monitor food quality and portion control to uphold brand standards
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Follow health and safety regulations and company sanitation policies
- Support kitchen staff and management as needed
