Job Description
Dine Brands Global, Inc., headquartered in Pasadena, California, is a prominent leader in the full-service restaurant industry, supporting and operating restaurant brands such as Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar, IHOP, and Fuzzy's Taco Shop. As of December 28, 2025, the company operates over 3,500 restaurants spanning 20 international markets, making it one of the largest restaurant companies in the world. In 2022, Dine Brands expanded its portfolio by entering the fast casual dining segment, further diversifying its offerings and market reach. The company is committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences by upholding high standards of quality, service, and hospitality across all its brands.
The role available is for talented cooks who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment. Ideal candidates will possess experience in back-of-house cooking positions such as chef, sauté cook, or grill cook, although applicants with at least one year of restaurant cooking experience are preferred but not mandatory. This position offers a valuable opportunity for culinary professionals to build and advance their careers within a respected global hospitality company. Cooks will play a vital role in preparing menu items to exact specifications while maintaining a clean and organized work station. Collaborative teamwork and a passion for culinary excellence are important attributes for success in this role. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
Dine Brands Global demonstrates a strong commitment to equal employment opportunity, welcoming applicants from diverse backgrounds and ensuring fair consideration regardless of various protected characteristics such as race, gender identity, age, disability, or veteran status. The company complies with relevant legal standards including the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance and California Fair Chance Act, emphasizing merit-based hiring and business needs. Joining Dine Brands means becoming part of a dynamic organization that values its employees, fosters growth, and offers a comprehensive working environment across multiple restaurant concepts.
