- Partners with Kids Leader to train, coach, and schedule team members
- Identifies activities and lesson plans for parties and events
- Provides activities and supplies to team members prior to parties or events
- Partners with families to register and prepare for parties and events
- Supervises and assists team members with restocking, cleaning, and setting up party rooms and event spaces
- Trains and coaches party and event hosts
- Coordinates with other departments to ensure smooth party operations such as Cafe and pool
- Ensures quality experience and engagement for members and guests while supervising party hosts
- Greets, acknowledges, and interacts with members and guests professionally
- Facilitates organized party and event activities ensuring children are active, interested, and safe throughout
