We are currently seeking an energetic and motivated Kids Party and Events Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This hourly position offers competitive compensation ranging from $18.75 to $22.25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. The role is designed for a professional who excels at organizing and supervising children’s parties and events within our facilities, ensuring memorable, safe, and enjoyable experiences for members and their guests. You will collaborate closely with the Kids Leader to train, coach, and schedule team members, ensuring that every event runs smoothly and meets Life Time’s high standards. Your responsibilities will include identifying suitable activities and lesson plans for parties, managing necessary supplies, and partnering with families to facilitate registration and event preparation. The Kids Party and Events Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing the flow of activities, guaranteeing that children remain engaged, active, and safe during events. The supervisor will also be responsible for greeting and interacting with members and their guests in a friendly and professional manner, maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The position demands availability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate the scheduling needs of events and parties. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience working with children and possess the ability to train team members and promote Life Time’s programs and services effectively.
