As a critical part of the hospitality team, this position focuses on creating an exceptional experience for guests during the signature 5:30 p.m. Kickback happy hour. This event is a complimentary hospitality offering designed to welcome and delight guests with food and refreshments. The role involves overseeing the preparation, presentation, and cleanup of the food service, ensuring cleanliness and organization within the kitchen and lobby areas. Maintaining high food safety standards and managing inventory levels are essential responsibilities. Additionally, the team member serves as a friendly point of contact for guests, providing information about the hotel, local area, and events to enhance the guest experience.
