The available role centers around managing and overseeing Drury Hotels' complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback, a signature "happy hour" event designed to enhance guest satisfaction through food and service excellence. This position plays a pivotal part in ensuring that guests have an inviting, comfortable, and enjoyable experience during the Kickback. Responsibilities include supervising food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and organization in both the kitchen and lobby areas, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Additionally, the role involves monitoring supply levels and upholding the Drury culture through a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality.

Ideal candidates will possess knowledge of hotel accommodations, community information, and hotel services to effectively assist guests and respond to inquiries about the hotel, local area, and events. Job Duties

  • Oversee the 5:30 Kickback for guests through food preparation and with clean-up
  • See to it that the kitchen and lobby area are clean and well organized
  • Ensure that food safety standards are met and that supplies are fully stocked at appropriate levels
  • Present and maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture to customers and co-workers
  • Answer guest's questions using your knowledge of the hotel, area, and events
  • Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly, guest service with a +1 Service attitude
