The role offered is an exciting opportunity to join Drury Hotels as part of the hospitality team focused on delivering the complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback "happy hour" service. This position involves overseeing the preparation and presentation of food and beverages during the Kickback hours, maintaining cleanliness and organization of both the kitchen and lobby areas, and ensuring that food safety standards are strictly followed. The role is pivotal in creating a warm, friendly, and relaxing atmosphere for guests by providing outstanding service and hospitality. Team members in this position also engage with guests by answering questions about the hotel, local community, and surrounding events, enhancing the overall guest experience.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical activities as required
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organizational standards
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of hotel accommodations, the community, and hotel services
- Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels
- Warm and friendly manner in communicating with guests and creating a happy, comfortable, relaxing atmosphere
- Ability to speak and receive direction (written and verbal direction) in English
Job Duties
- Oversee the 5:30 Kickback for guests through food preparation and clean-up
- See to it that the kitchen and lobby area are clean and well organized
- Ensure that food safety standards are met and that supplies are fully stocked at appropriate levels
- Present and maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture to customers and co-workers
- Answer guest's questions using your knowledge of the hotel, area, and events
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly, guest service with a +1 Service attitude
