The position available is for an Assistant Manager within the fast-paced setting of a KFC franchise located at 641 Louis Henna Blvd, Round Rock, TX. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 per year with additional incentive opportunities, including bonus programs tied directly to the restaurant's performance. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial part in steering the restaurant towards operational success by effectively managing day-to-day activities, leading a team, and maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
  • Capability to safely maneuver through compact spaces
  • Experience managing a restaurant or retail operation
  • Strong work ethic and reliability

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience as a restaurant general manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility
  • Experience in quick service restaurant management preferred
  • Leadership and team management skills

Job Duties

  • Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures
  • Monitor inventory and conduct inventory counts every other week
  • Manage labor and review financial reports, taking action as needed
  • Recruit, interview and hire team members, shift managers, and assistant general managers
  • Coach and train employees in operational excellence
  • Maintain a clean restaurant environment
  • Ensure every guest enjoys a friendly experience with a quality product
