The career opportunity available is for a Restaurant General Manager position located at 2559 Sara Jane Pkwy, Grand Prairie, TX. This full-time role offers a competitive annual salary ranging between $50,000 and $70,000, reflecting the responsibility and leadership required to manage successful restaurant operations. The Restaurant General Manager plays a critical role in ensuring overall restaurant performance, team leadership, and adherence to company standards. Responsibilities include driving profitability through detailed cash and security procedures, inventory and labor management, as well as financial analysis. This role also involves recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members, coaching for skill development, and maintaining high standards of operational excellence. A typical day may include conducting inventory counts, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment, and delivering a top-tier customer experience that aligns with KFC’s brand.

Job Requirements
- At least one year of experience as a restaurant general manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of experience as a restaurant general manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility, quick service experience preferred
- Ability to coach and lead a team effectively
- Strong financial acumen for managing budgets and operational costs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including closing shifts
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for long periods
Job Duties
- Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures, monitoring inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking action as needed
- Recruit, interview and hire team members, shift managers and assistant general managers
- Coach and train employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success
- Conduct inventory counts every other week
- Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure every guest enjoys a friendly experience with a quality product
