Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Lead and motivate restaurant team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations
- Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and quality
- Handle restaurant banking responsibilities, including making deposits
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Implement company policies and procedures to meet operational goals
