Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or assistant management experience in a food service or retail setting
  • some exposure to profit and loss responsibilities
  • at least 18 years of age
  • availability to assist with closing procedures at least two evenings per week
  • capable of lifting, carrying, stacking, pushing, or pulling moderately heavy objects

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year supervisory or assistant management experience in food service or retail
  • exposure to profit and loss responsibilities
  • experience within a quick-service restaurant environment preferred
  • ability to coach and train staff effectively
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • availability for evening shifts
  • physical capability to handle moderately heavy objects
  • minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties

  • Actively participate in leadership development programs
  • support profitability by managing cash handling and security protocols
  • oversee inventory levels and optimize labor costs
  • analyze financial reports and implement corrective actions
  • assist in recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of staff
  • provide coaching and training to team members
  • conduct accurate bi-weekly inventory counts
  • ensure high cleanliness standards and exceptional guest experiences
  • maintain physical stamina throughout shifts
  • safely operate restaurant equipment
