Job Duties
- support the restaurant general manager in daily operations
- lead and motivate the restaurant team to ensure excellent service
- manage inventory control and stock replenishment
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- train and develop staff
- oversee cash handling and make deposits as required
- maintain high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction
