The Assistant General Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations which include inventory management, cash handling, adherence to company policies, and sustaining KFC’s exacting standards for food preparation and presentation. Leadership is at the heart of this role, as you will train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive and efficient work environment. Another crucial aspect is enforcing safety and cleanliness protocols to maintain a safe atmosphere for both guests and staff, as well as managing labor and food costs to optimize profitability.

This position requires at least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in a food service or retail setting, preferably within quick-service restaurants, along with profit and loss responsibility. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and available to close the restaurant at least two nights per week. Physical stamina is essential, including the ability to lift heavy objects, stand and walk throughout shifts, maneuver safely in compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment effectively.
