The Junior Events Coordinator position at Everforth Apex is a vital role responsible for providing high-level administrative support, event coordination, and business operations management in a hybrid work environment located in Charlotte, NC. This position requires the individual to work onsite three days per week, earning an hourly wage of $22. The Junior Events Coordinator will manage financial planning, budgeting, expense reporting, and process improvement efforts, ensuring the successful planning and execution of meetings, events, and partnerships both internally and externally. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in event coordination or administrative roles
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries
