The role of Juice Smoothie/Coffee Shift Lead is a critical leadership position within Erewhon Market that blends customer service expertise with team leadership and operational coordination. As a Shift Lead, you will oversee daily operations at the Barista and Juice/Smoothie Bar, ensuring that customers receive excellent service while maintaining high standards of product quality and store cleanliness.
