This position plays a crucial role in preparing juice and other specialty food products for purchase within retail store environments, supporting product demonstrations, and marketing events with hands-on preparation and event support. The role involves properly setting up and preparing specialized food product areas, following safety and operational guidelines for equipment and food handling, and ensuring compliance with all food safety certifications and licenses. Employees in this role work in close collaboration with co-workers, management, and customers, providing product sampling and demonstrations that boost consumer engagement and product visibility.

Key responsibilities include organizing and maintaining a clean, sterile, and safe work environment while using appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment. The role includes attending special training sessions and completing certifications required to maintain compliance and enhance skills. Employees follow detailed product demonstration materials to fully understand program scope, production requirements, and safety compliance measures. Physical demands of this position include lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly, pushing heavy equipment ranging from 50 to 600 lbs, standing for extended periods, and working in varied temperature environments, including refrigerated areas and near hot machinery.

This position demands strong communication skills, including the ability to read and comprehend safety instructions and food handling protocols, interact with customers and teammates, and effectively relay information about product demonstrations and sampling events.
