This company is renowned for its dedication to hiring individuals who share their enthusiasm and commitment towards food service and customer care. They emphasize the importance of teamwork, recognition, and a shared goal of raising the standard in the food service business. The company culture nurtures its employees, ensuring satisfaction and an engaging career path rather than just a job. At Flik, associates receive multiple benefits including health and wellness programs, retirement planning, paid leave, and more. The company values diversity and inclusion, maintaining fairness in hiring and employment practices, along with compliance with all relevant laws. Employees are encouraged to be part of a team that not only delivers excellent service but also enjoys their work and shares their passion with customers and peers alike.

The role of a Supervisor in Food and Beverage at Flik Hospitality Group offers a unique opportunity to lead a team in a high-paced food service environment while ensuring quality and safety standards are consistently met. This role involves supervising and actively participating in the preparation and service of food and beverage items, maintaining the company's high standards for presentation, sanitation, safety, and portion control. The supervisor acts as a key figure when the Executive Chef is absent, taking full responsibility for the kitchen operations. Effective communication with customers and team members is a crucial part of the role, addressing questions, menu explanations, and conflict resolution. Supervisors contribute to menu planning and inventory ordering in alignment with company guidelines and programs. The position requires assigning tasks to associates, ensuring smooth and efficient service to all meal periods, and conducting regular inspections to uphold food quality and kitchen cleanliness. Moreover, supervising and training associates, managing schedules, conducting pre-shift meetings, and engaging in performance management, including evaluations and disciplinary actions, are integral components of this role. The position pays a competitive hourly wage between $29.00 to $30.00 and offers comprehensive benefits. This is a chance to develop leadership skills in a thriving hospitality company, where career advancement is encouraged and supported.
