Job Requirements
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL A or B)
- High school diploma preferred
- Driver must qualify as not prohibited in the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
- Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking
- Acceptable CSA and MVR record with no DUI or DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and instructions from supervisors
- Physical ability to handle lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, sitting, pushing, pulling, and climbing

Job Duties
- Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations
- Ensure the safe and timely delivery of concrete loads to job sites
- Adapt discharge methods to various site settings and conditions
- Attach and manage extension chutes for precise concrete pouring
- Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical soundness of the ready-mix truck
- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a professional company image
- Coordinate with dispatch and team members for efficient operations
