Atlas Franchise is currently hiring Delivery Drivers who are energetic, reliable, and dedicated to being the hero of customers’ days by providing speedy and friendly delivery service of meticulously prepared sandwiches. The Delivery Driver role demands commitment to excellent customer service and safety, requiring team members to provide prompt and courteous delivery while also supporting in-shop operations. This is a part-time position offering flexible shifts between 11:00 AM and 9:00 PM with an hourly wage starting between $13 and $15.50, dependent on experience, plus an in-shop tip pool, and lucrative referral bonuses ranging from $100 to $300. New hires can start very quickly, often as soon as the next day.
The Delivery Driver is responsible for mastering the Jimmy John’s menu, adhering strictly to food safety and company guidelines, and maintaining a positive, charismatic, and coachable attitude. Drivers not only deliver food but also contribute in the store by making sandwiches, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting overall safety initiatives. The role requires physical stamina to stand for the entire shift, the ability to lift up to 30 pounds, and familiarity with operating kitchen equipment safely. Drivers must have valid driver’s licenses, clean motor vehicle records, and proper auto insurance coverage. The environment is moderately fast-paced with background music and requires driving responsibly in residential and commercial areas.

- must be listed as a driver on auto insurance for car you are driving for deliveries
- must have valid driver’s license
- must be eligible for a motor vehicle record (MVR)
- must have state-required food handlers card
- must be able to memorize the Jimmy John’s menu within 30 days and pass test
- must be coachable
