Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
- Walking in and around the facility with great frequency throughout entire shift
- Must be able to stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours
- Ability to carry out detailed or written instructions
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and instructions generally in English
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Willingness to use KBSPresence mobile app for timekeeping with cell phone reimbursement
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to understand and follow written instructions
- Effective communication skills with internal and external customers
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Physical ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours
Job Duties
- Provide excellent cleaning services in high volume and heavy traffic sites
- Interact professionally with customers and prioritize work based on daily needs
- Maintain excellent customer relations while executing janitorial duties
- Apply broad knowledge of cleaning and janitorial processes
- Deliver excellent customer service and problem-solving solutions
- Lead and provide solutions to operational challenges
- Perform other responsibilities as directed by manager
