- Keep dining areas clean and tidy
- maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant
- support front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- clear and reset tables promptly
- ensure restrooms are clean and stocked
- assist with waste disposal and recycling
- report maintenance issues to management
