Job Requirements

Minimum age 18 years
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable and punctual
Ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness standards
Must be able to communicate effectively in English

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality cleaning role is an asset but not required
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
Willingness to learn and adapt to Chuy's standards and procedures

Job Duties

Keep dining areas spotless by clearing tables and removing debris
Maintain overall cleanliness throughout the restaurant including floors, restrooms, and common areas
Support front-of-house team by promptly resetting tables for new guests
Assist back-of-house staff with cleaning duties as needed
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards
Respond quickly to spills or messes to maintain a safe environment
Collaborate with team members to uphold a welcoming atmosphere
