The Twin Peaks location in San Marcos, TX, located at 1207 IH 35 S, is currently seeking a dedicated Janitor/Busser to join their team. This role is essential in maintaining the restaurant’s high standards of cleanliness and sanitation which are critical to the overall guest experience. In this role, the Janitor/Busser is responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and organizing various areas of the restaurant to meet Twin Peaks' extreme standards and discipline regarding cleanliness. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, adhering strictly to company uniform standards and safety regulations while performing their duties. Responsibilities also include maintaining equipment and stations orderly and assisting in opening and closing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and cleaning tables. Training is provided on technologies such as tablets and computers, ensuring that team members are well equipped to meet daily operational needs.

Employees are required to wear the standard Twin Peaks uniform, including a clean black hat worn properly, clean kitchen shirt, and maintain personal grooming standards such as tidy hair, trimmed fingernails, and minimal permissible facial hair. Furthermore, this role demands adherence to important health, sanitation, and safety protocols, including HOH standards as well as compliance with GHS requirements.

Candidates for the Janitor/Busser role must have proven experience in a similar role, possess solid communication skills in English to understand company policies, and demonstrate the ability to follow simple instructions and maintain consistency in their work. Physical requirements include the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 15 pounds, and work in environments that may include exposure to kitchen fumes, cleaning chemicals, and varying temperature and humidity conditions.   • must successfully attend and complete any and all other required training in compliance with local and state regulations, such as food and/or alcohol service certifications
