Blakehurst nurtures a collaborative and engaging workplace culture, emphasizing employee well-being and satisfaction through a generous benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, long-term disability coverage, and a 401(k) plan with company match. Additional perks include paid time off, paid holidays, resident-sponsored bonuses, educational scholarships, and convenient transportation options.
